we accept bookings on the following conditions...

1. That all Authorised Drivers are over 27 years of age at the date of confirmation of the booking;
2. That all Authorised Drivers hold valid Australian State or Territory Drivers Licences and that those licences are not subject to any restrictions or conditions, have not been cancelled or suspended within the past 3 years and are valid for the class of Vehicle being rented;
3. That the pre-authorisation Damage Excess charge has been approved by a recognised credit card provider;
4. That the Authorised Driver has read fully and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Contract here;
5. People with cancelled or suspended Licences (including as a result of an accumulation of demerit points), learner drivers and provisional or probationary licence holders will not be permitted to rent or drive a Top Down Rentals Vehicle;
6. Renters providing false or misleading information including name, age, address, credit card or drivers licence details will be in breach of the Rental Contract;
7. Bookings are conditional on the availability of the requested Vehicle.
